Zena graduated from the local law school, San Joaquin College of Law, in Clovis, California, earning her Juris Doctorate after studying social and behavioral science as an undergraduate at Merced College in Merced California. Shortly after her admission to the California State Bar, Zena joined Lang, Richert & Patch, formerly a Fresno law firm. Two of the shareholders of Lang, Richert & Patch, invited Zena to embark on their journey of starting Creede-Blyth Law in 2023.
As a lawyer, Zena immediately became intrigued with litigation and started litigating cases, handling disputes from water right issues, to agricultural contractual breaches, to construction defects. Zena has worked on both sides of the aisle, representing plaintiffs, defendants, and cross-plaintiffs, successfully resolving matters before they reach the courtroom scene. All because Zena is a formidable opponent with a quick wit.
Zena is a member of the California Bar Association and Fresno County Bar Association. She was also the recipient of the 2019 Change Lawyers Fellowship and the 2019 Fresno County Women Lawyers Scholarship.
