Diandra Vantrease is a special education attorney, representing public school districts, special education local plan areas, and other educational agencies with a concentration on special education and student matters. She provides advice and counsel related to SPED, IDEA, Section 504, student discipline, health services, FERPA, governing board policies, and other policies and procedures. Diandra's work as a SPED lawyer is primarily located in the Central Valley Area, including Fresno and Madera Counties.
Diandra also represents clients in mediations and due process hearings before the Office of Administrative Hearings, compliance complaints with the California Department of Education, IEP team meetings, federal court disability discrimination matters, and Office for Civil Rights complaints and investigations.
