Mark holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Science, with Honors from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California. He also attended Industrial Technology, School of Engineering prior to attending law school. His mathematical mind has attributed to his success as a construction litigation attorney with a keen mind for structural defects and electrical design and engineering flaws on both large and small projects, whether private or public. 

Mark is an extremely successful and formidable litigation lawyer regarding construction disputes, litigating cases in California courts, including courts in the Fresno and surrounding areas, as well as federal courts outside of California to both judges and juries as well as arbitrators. Not only does he successfully win disputes arising out of delay claims, Mechanics Liens, scope changes, nonpayments, design defects, and lack of performance under a contract, Mark can also help clients avoid litigation altogether by timely reviewing contracts, bids, and scope alterations to proactively circumvent potential claims for damages.
